About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and orders placed with Morné Swart Creations, trading as MS Creations (Morne Swart Fabrication & Design). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

Every MS piece is built to order. Prices are not shown online and are confirmed in a written quote for your exact specification. Product photos show past builds; materials, wood grain and finishes vary slightly from piece to piece, which is part of handmade work. Specifications may be updated as designs improve.

Quotes

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Quote requests sent from this website are not orders until you accept the written quote and we confirm.

Orders and payment

Payment terms, including any deposit required before fabrication starts, are set out in your quote and invoice. Work begins once the agreed deposit is received. Because pieces are custom-made, deposits may not be refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has started.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are quoted separately per order. We will agree a delivery date with you; estimated timelines may change due to material supply or other events outside our control. Please make sure there is safe access for delivery and that any built-in site is ready.

Safe use

Braais, grills and ovens get extremely hot. Use them outdoors or in properly ventilated spaces, on stable non-flammable surfaces, under adult supervision, and follow any care and use guidance we provide. Gas appliances and draft systems must be used as instructed.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

Intellectual property

The MS Creations and Return of the Red names, logos, designs, photographs and content on this site belong to MS Creations and may not be copied without permission.

Website use

We work to keep information on this site accurate, but it is provided as general information. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
