What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share with us:
- Your name, phone number, email address and area when you send an enquiry or quote request
- Details about the products, options and project you describe
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, Facebook or Instagram
How the forms work
Our enquiry and quote forms do not store your details on a server. When you press send, your message is prepared in WhatsApp or your email app on your own device, and you decide whether to send it. Your quote list is saved only in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To design, build, deliver and install your order
- To keep records of orders and invoices as the law requires
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Third parties
We use trusted services to run this website and communicate with you, such as WhatsApp, email providers, website hosting and Google Fonts. Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. Delivery partners receive only what they need to deliver your order.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your quote list locally, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
